Chart4Blind

Chart4Blind is a free and open-source web tool designed to make line charts accessible for blind and visually impaired users. It allows converting raster chart images into alternative formats such as SVG (for tactile devices and screen readers), CSV (for working with data), and text descriptions. Users can manually or semi-automatically mark chart points, as well as use built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract axis labels. Chart4Blind supports the creation of accessible visualizations that can be listened to or printed on tactile printers.
