The Sea of Storms is a MUD set in the fantasy world of Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series. The game emphasizes roleplay, and its events do not affect the storyline of the books, as it takes place in a “mirror world” before the events of the first novel. In this world, the Aiel War never happened, the Dragon Reborn has yet to appear, and the fate of the world now rests in your hands.

You’ll find yourself in a harsh yet beautiful land, where great cities weave conspiracies, the Sea Folk trade across stormy waters, and the Aes Sedai in Tar Valon shape destinies. The Sea of Storms features a level-free gameplay system. Progression comes through refining your skills—whether in weapon mastery or the Weaves. With over 300 combat forms, dozens of Weaves, systems for forging and crafting magical artifacts, and immersion in the World of Dreams, the game delivers a deeply rich and engaging experience.

You can choose guilds, develop professions, and explore the world. The world reacts to your actions: allies, enemies, intrigues, and tragedies all depend on your decisions.
