NarutoMUD is a text-based online role-playing game set in the universe of Masashi Kishimoto, where you step into the world of shinobi — and the fate of your village and clan depends entirely on your choices.

The project takes the canon as a foundation but builds upon it with original locations, quests, and mechanics tailored to the MUD format. It’s the familiar ninja world reimagined with unique gameplay features and classic old-school depth. Officially, it’s recognized as one of the first dark Naruto-themed MUDs, created in the spirit of traditional text-based adventures.

There are no typical “races” — only clans, each with its own secret techniques, traditions, and fighting styles that define your path.
