The program is designed for Spanish-speaking high school students with visual impairments who seek greater independence. Over seven weeks, participants will develop independent living and interpersonal skills, focusing on safe travel, self-defense, technology use, financial and health management, orientation and mobility, as well as relationship building and family support. Instruction is bilingual and tailored to the specific needs of blind and visually impaired students.
