Rhythm Doctor is a rhythm-based arcade game where your sense of timing literally saves lives.

You take on the role of a medical intern treating patients with irregular heartbeats through a method called “rhythmo-defibrillation.” The core rule is simple: press a single button — most often on the seventh beat. But beneath that simplicity lies a constantly evolving rhythmic maze of polyrhythms, off-beat syncopations, time signature shifts, and musical traps.

Gameplay is built entirely around sound — visuals merely enhance the experience. The game includes screen reader support and voice cues, making it fully accessible to blind players. The mechanics are designed for audio-based play, turning every level into a pure hearing challenge that tests precision and musical intuition.

The story unfolds through the lives of doctors and patients, with every illness and emotional conflict expressed through music and rhythm. You’ll face emotional story arcs, intense boss levels, and bonus night shifts that push even experienced players to their limits.

Your goal: keep the rhythm, save your patients, and survive a series of musical trials where every mistake can be fatal.
