InviOcean Team Shares Results for September 2025
Hello, friends! September turned out to be an eventful month — we made progress in several directions and achieved new results we’d like to share. Want to know what we’ve done, what discoveries we’ve made, and where we’re heading next? Then make yourself comfortable — let’s take a look at the month’s results together!

More About the Results
In September, the InviOcean team continued developing catalogs of digital solutions for blind and visually impaired users. Our main focus was on expanding and updating the Community and Games sections, as well as improving the filter and category system to make finding the right tools faster and more convenient.
We worked on localization and content adaptation to make our resource clearer for users from different countries. At the same time, the team started preparing new selections and materials, and strengthening partnerships with projects that share the idea of digital accessibility, such as BlindSlash and Prudence Interactive.
Our Catalogs
Currently, we are working on six catalogs for blind and visually impaired users:
- Applications — active, with 109 units as of the end of September; catalog expansion is planned for October.
- Games — active, with 349 titles as of the end of September; 37 new titles were added in September.
- Community — launched in test mode, we are currently configuring filters. In October, we will begin filling it with content from the website.
- Adapted Courses — launched in test mode, filters are being set up; content filling is scheduled for October.
- Gadgets — release date TBD.
- Forums — release date TBD.
Work on Optimization and Localization of the Website
In September, we focused on making our catalogs even more convenient for search and navigation. Filters were improved so that users could find the right games, applications, and resources more quickly and accurately, while working with the catalogs became more flexible and intuitive.
Special attention was given to localization. Twenty-seven materials were translated into German, and six into Turkish. This step broadens our international audience and allows users from different countries to access information about available games, applications, and tools in their native language.
We dream of making InviOcean accessible to people around the world. We are looking for volunteers and translators to help us translate materials into other languages, specifically Turkish, Chinese, Spanish, and Hindi.
Write to us if you would like to join our mission! Together, we can create a world open to everyone.
Publishing Content
We enriched the website with new materials:
- Reviews of accessible games such as Manamon 2, Dragon Moon, and The Vale: Shadow of the Crown.
- A new interview: The World Doesn’t See Barriers—We Build Them Ourselves. This time we spoke with:
- Sports commentator and SMM specialist Egor, diagnosed with rod-cone dystrophy. He shared how his life and work in the visual industry are arranged with impaired vision — how he adapts work tools, overcomes limitations, and deals with internal barriers.
- Research and educational publications on topics such as:
- Cataracts: The Fading World of Color — how perception of the world changes with visual impairments.
- Career Prospects for the Visually Impaired and Blind — an overview of professional growth opportunities.
- How to Choose a Creative Profession if You Cannot See — advice for working in creative fields.
- A Tactile Book Made by Hand — the story of creating a unique tactile experience.
- Jobs for the Blind: How to Find a Way — practical recommendations for finding and adapting a workplace.
Our blog continues to collect stories, reviews, and practical advice for blind and visually impaired people. We explore digital accessibility and help navigate the world of games, professions, learning, and creativity — so that everyone can find their path without barriers.
